Ac maintenance in Roswell, Georgia. One system. Changed filter. Added chlorine tablets to condensate pump. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found system with weak blower capacitor (7.5 mfd). Recommend repair. System has no emergency drain pan or water safety. Static pressure is high due to undersized ductwork. Refrigerant pressures are good. Did not wash condenser coil at customer’s request. Pad underneath condenser is broken and unit is i level. System is cooling at this time. Renew 1 system cci plan.
