Downstairs heating not operating properly. Customer have to reset zone board 3 time in the last month. Check system but did not detect problems at this time. Explain to customer that zone board maybe starting to fail, if happen again customer call tech back out to check system and not reset board. Renew 2 cci plan and complete cooling pm check. Did not change filter. Find both system operating normal with minor ware on fan motor, water pump not moving water good but still ok. Suggest to install compressor saver hard start kit for downstairs ac unit to help improve start up and reduce load. Check drain and clean both ac coil. Both system operating at this time.
