Complete 2 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed upstairs filter. Added drain pan treatment into both systems. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found upstairs UV bulb to be burned out, it needs to be replaced. Found downstairs system with the rusty evaporator coil, mold on inside of evaporator coil door, worn flame safety, worn igniter and weak blower capacitor. Replaced blower capacitor in the downstairs system. Systems are heating at this time.
