Performed cooling maintenance. Checked electrical mechanical components, dusted electrical cabinets, cleared drain lines, changed filters, chemical wash outdoor unit. Found weak capacitor in upstairs unit recommend to replace. Recommend over flow safety switch as back up for pan switch, surge protection for both furnaces and pureairx for indoor air quality. Replaced capacitor to upstairs unit and added over flow switch to both units.Both systems are cooling at this time.
