3 system tune up in Snellville. Indoor, changed filter and cleared drain line, checked electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Found all coils rusted, corroded and dirty due to most of them not having filters in them. Blower motor assemblies are all dirty for same reason. Water safety is missing on main level and basement and capacitors are all out of spec. Outdoor, checked refrigerant pressures, electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Found basement system condenser fan motor completely locked up, capacitors week on all three units, Pressures are off due to condition of evaporator coils. Cannot recommend repair due to age and condition of systems, recommended replacement on all 3 units.
