Arrived on site to preform a two system maintenance. Indoor; changed filters and cleared drain line. Checked electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Recommend adding secondary water safety switch to each unit. Outside made sure coils were clear, checked refrigerant pressures (found upstairs unit about 4lbs low. Charged to manufacture spec.
