No heat/no cool in Stone Mountain. Check and find Trane furnace not operating properly at this time due to blower motor intermittent shut off. Check and find stated blower motor and furnace control replaced in the summer 2020. Check and find loose connection. Tighten connector and system operating at this time. Suggest comfort control maintenance plan and additional safety for system.
