1 system ac tune up complete. Left customer with replacement filter. Added chlorine tablets to condensate pump. Found light rust on evap coil. Found blower motor controller running weak out of manufacturer specs. Recommend repair. Found blower wheel dirty, recommend cleaning. Found damaged fins on condenser coil. Found part of suction line outside missing insulation, added insulation to it. Found high amp draw on compressor and fan. Found voltage absorption system running weak, recommend repair. Due to age and condition of system, replacement of system would be a better option than repair. Chemically washed condenser coil and applied rust proof waxing. System operating at this time. Customer declined repairs at this time.
