Arrived at home to find water coming out of emergency drain line in back of house. Upstairs system- Air Handler emergency drain pan was full of water due to clogged primary 3/4" PVC drain line. Debris was removed from primary PVC drain line. Also, no union was found in primary PVC drain line. The technician installed union into 3/4" primary PVC drain line at upstairs Air Handler. All water was vacuumed from emergency drain pan to ensure no moisture is left in emergency drain pan. Technician also checked system pressures for downstairs AC system, Normal superheat, normal subcooling. Both Outdoor unit were cleaned and washed off. Debris on coil. Both Systems cool properly and upstairs system drain issue was fixed.
