No cool main system. Check and find 2 year old system with clogged drain line and safety shut off system. Clear drain and clean ac coil with water. Suggest cci plan but customer declined. Find upstairs ac system not operating due to low charge and need starter for system to help start up compressor. Customer do not use upstairs system so no repair.
