Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Check and find upstairs 3 Ton Lennox cooling operating with in manufacturer spec. Find downstairs 2 Ton Lennox cooling system operating with manufacturer spec but maybe undersize for lower level due to the high ceiling and long duct run. Both system operating at this time. Both system missing inline water protection in the attic. Both system operating with out hard start kit. Suggest installing hard start kit to reduce compressor stress, suggest to install inline water protection in the attic to help prevent water damage, suggest to install surge protection for both outdoor systems. Downstairs systems operating but can not keep up with high demand for temperature. House is at 78 and asking 75degrees.
