Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Tested full system and found the following concerns: evaporator coil is badly rusted and corroded, likely to leak. Coil box is missing 75 percent of its insulation. Blower capacitor (15 mfd) is extremely weak. Found pitting on main electrical switch. Found unit running at very high pressures causing system to not cool well, high pressures caused by dirty evaporator coil. System low on r22. Signed customer up for one system maintenance plan and performed maintenance. Cleaned evaporator coil. Recharged system. Replaced main electrical switch. Replaced blower capacitor. System is cooling at this time.
