Complete 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. found furnace 27 years old and needs to be replaced mainly due to inefficiency. Ductwork is very dirty as well as blower wheel. System is not zoned and is not diverting air correctly for a 2 story house. The flame sensor has gone bad and needs to be replaced.
