Complete 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filter. Dusted out electrical cabinets. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found bottom of the evaporator coil to be dirty, recommend evaporator coil cleaning. Found weak capacitor in heatpump, recommend repair. Early signs of mold in the air handler, recommend uv light system to kill mold, bacteria, germs, and viruses for improved air quality. Replaced capacitor and cleaned evaporator coil. The system is heating at this time.
