Found dirty blower wheel recommend to pull and clean. Recommend adding water safety to furnace to protect against water damage. Found sencondary motor controller weak in condenser recommend to replace. Found microbial growth in system recommend pureairx for indoor air quality kill mold, germs, virus, bacteria and volatile organic compounds. System is operating and cooling at this time.
