1 system cooling maintenance in sugar hill. Arrived on site, changed filter and cleared drain line. Checked electrical connections, amp draw, capacitance, checked condenser coil and refrigerant pressures, found blower motor capacitor weak and putting stress on the blower motor. (under parts warranty, but not labor). Also recommend installing secondary water safty switch to evaporator coil and surge protection to each piece of equipment. Unit is operating normally at this time.
