Water leaking, check and find suction line insulation broken and condensation from suction line leak through ceiling. Add insulation for suction for customer and change 2 16x25x1 filter. Test and find upstair system low charge and fan motor making noise. Need to keep check on fan motor due to not reliable. Customer want to recharge system with sealer and performance enhancement HJ7C. System operating at this time. Suggest plan with Comfortcontrol inc to help maintain system.
