1 system ac tune up check complete. Changed media filters. Customer says master bedroom doesn't heat/cool very well. To solve that problem we could redesign ductwork or add in another zone. Tested mechanical and electrical components, all in good shape. Chemically washed condenser coil and applied rust proof waxing. System is cooling at this time.
