Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. found upstairs system good cleared drain line closed up open drain portion evap coil that could have possibly caused avoidable water damage. The filter is good, left a new one for the system. The downstairs blower wheel is dirty and needs to be cleaned to avoid causing extra stress to the motor and possibly have it fail prematurely. The upstairs condenser has good pressures but failing capacitor. Needs to be replaced and have compressor saver installed to keep compressor alive as long as possible. The downstairs compressor has new and good electrical components but is very low on refrigerant. Needs to be filled with a leak seal to possibly patch leak in copper lines. Both systems need secondary water safety device and surge protector for extra protection and to avoid unnecessary damage to systems. Also, recommend breathe easy packages to clean and purify the air for better comfort in the home.
