Complete 3 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filters. Tested mechanical and electrical components.Cleared upstairs drain line. Tested refrigerant pressures. Found upstairs system slightly low on r410a, recommend either evaporator coil replacement or ac and coil replacement as previously recommended by steve. Recommend hard start kits for main level (to take a load off compressors so they start smoother, run smoother and therefore last longer) and basement systems and surge protection for all equipment to protect equipment from power surges.
