HVAC heating issue in Suwanee Georgia . Looked over heating system . •Got the pilot lit for the furnace in the basement . Going to complete a tune up for the basement furnace. Checking the performance and safety for this heating system . •Found the inducer has high amps . Due to age of the equipment. • High limit switch was tripping on today’s visit and has burn marks on the switch. High limit switch is going bad . Would suggest replacing that part . •Flue pipe is single wall would highly recommend being double wall due to the way the furnace combust . •System has no form of water safety to prevent water damage in the basement would highly recommend. •Would highly recommend upgrading the HVAC equipment due to age and conditions/ lack of efficiency of the old technology .
