•Completed a 1 system heating maintenance in Suwanee Georgia. Checked the safety and performance of the heating integrity. Checked heating elements. Checked amps . Checked oxygen and combustion levels . System is heating at this time . Would recommend having this system on a maintenance program to allow us to service the system yearly. •Flame reader is getting weak and below speck ratings would highly recommend replacing that electrical part to prevent future break downs. Took flame reader out and cleaned to a good surface. •Would recommend putting a sediment trap on the gas line going into the gas valve . To prevent trash and sediment getting into the valve . Family is signing up for the maintenance program. Signed family up .
