Heating maintenance suwanee. Completed maintenance on 2 systems. Upstairs is working good with no issues. Clean inside. Changed filter. System does not have secondary water safety device or properly ran gas pipe sediment trap to avoid debris getting into gas valve in furnace. Insulation in attic is also below beams in some part and needs insulation blown in to avoid heat loss in cooler weather. Downstairs system is old and has over heating inducer motor and very dirty blower wheel. System also has no water safety attached. Furnace downstairs needs to be replaced for better efficiency.
