Furnace maintenance in Suwanee, Georgia. Two systems. Changed upstairs pureairx filter pad. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found upstairs furnace with weak blower capacitor (7.5uf). Recommend repair. Neither system has surge protection installed, recommend installing surge protection to protect equipment from power surges installed surge protection for furnaces and condensers. Replaced main level blower capacitor, part was under warranty, labor was not. Systems are heating at this time.
