Heat pump not heating in suwanee, Georgia. Down stairs system . Tested system and found , dirty blower wheel . Blower motor leaking oil. Found heat kit to be broken and bypassed. Found zone board with no dedicated transformer. Found evaporator coil very rusted , corroded, and actively leaking. Found mold inside system. Found dual capacitor to be weak (35/5). Found main electrical switch with electrical pitting present. Found evidence of system being grossly overcharged. Found compressor shutting itself off. Reduced refrigerant pressures to more appropriate levels and Compressor is still shutting itself off.
