Found no water safety whatsoever on upstairs system, it isn't up to code and in the event of a backed up drain line water will overflow causing damage. Recommend adding on. Upstairs blower wheel is dirty, recommend blower wheel pull and clean. Downstairs system has a very rusty, corroded evaporator coil and is likely to leak refrigerant. Downstairs system runs on r22 refrigerant which has been phased out by the epa. Downstairs system has dirty blower wheel and weak blower motor capacitor. Downstairs system also has no water safety. Components and refrigerant pressures for upstairs outdoor system are in good shape. Downstairs outdoor system has a very weak capacitor and electrical pitting present on main electrical switch. Both systems are heating at this time.
