2018 Trane Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer did not have extra filter tody Heatstrips were functional and within manufacture range Drain is clear and draining at this time Drain safety is present but was not wired into low voltage Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Blower housing and wires have heavy biological growth build up Evaporator coil was acceptable 2018 Trane Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Defrost board was acceptable Defrosted is functional at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Recommended UV system to kill biological growth and promote clean air and compressor saver
