Complete: HO said smelled kind of putrid coming from US system. We checked out the AH in the attic and everything looked fine HVAC wise however we did smell what he was smelling and there was evidence of animals being up there through packing and droppings. Informed HO that he would need to get an exterminator or someone to come out but other than that his system looks clean.
