Billy was not only extremely professional but very knowledgeable. He was very swift with his work and very thorough. I asked him questions about what he was doing (because I was curious) and he answered everything with kindness and understandable answers. He told me about how to better maintain my system. He was honestly one of the best people whose ever visited my home in terms of kindness and respect. I love that he wore shoe covers and cleaned his hands before touching anything. I love that he wore his mask through the entire experience. Billy Hs exceptional customer service and is a true asset to your teams.
