Incomplete 2 Systems worked on US Trane AH with a Goodman HP Condensing Unit. HO stated system was not working. While Tanner went to turn tstat and check air filter I connected Gauges to outdoor unit, found system completly low in ref. Tanner found blower motor not coming. Found bad run cap. Used a 5 uf from truck stock. Still motor didnt come on. Checked and made sure Motor was getting the 240V. Motor needs to be replaced. Need to order the OEM motor, since motor has a special plug for wire connection. I performed a leak search on the system. Had add a few onecs of R22 and nitrogen. Found the leak at the evap. Coil. Couldnt get parts info due to being after hrs.(after 5). Parts need to be ordered from d&L. 2 people 3 hrs. System holds 10 lbs of R22. HO is interested in knowing his options towards a new system. Sending all information to Beth. Air Handler is horizontal is located in the Attic. Easily accessible with left to right air flow. Duct work is in good condition. All Pics in
