Complete: 1System Rheem split HP: Came to replace warranty compressor. Had to remove filter dryer that was attached directly to the service valve and relocate. Had to remove low high pressure switch and then remove compressor. Then I flushed system and blew system out which took awhile due to the amount of black oil coming out and added acid East. Then piped in new compressor changed all valve cores covered in oil and leaked tested. Pulled vacuum down to 730. Added 12.5lbs of 410a and checked temp split and it was 18 degrees. If it recalls we may have to add a little refrigerant bc I wasn’t able to get the full amount in due to my pressures being almost perfect. This job kicked my tail. System looks good and working great at this time.
