Complete 1 System Trane Gas Furnace. HO stated het cond pump was leaking water. Found bad condensate pump. Connection to clear hose was broken. Replaced it authorized by HO. Charged her Level 3 + tax. She also signed EPA Agreement and prepaid. Office will still need collect for the EPA Agreement. I had already collected for diagnostics and repaired befored she signed agreement. System is running great at this time.
