Took six days for heating checkup; then over a number of days put on hold on telephone for service appointment and to discuss estimate/costs; no paperwork at all given to me by the technician; no email info on an estimate; no good information about what repairs needed; did not coordinate with American Home Shield warranty program; put on hold and message never returned; this went on for over 15 days; I finally gave up on Comfort First Heating.
