I did not feel confident with the first two technicians that came over. My recommendation- Have your technicians hand out their business cards when they walk in a home so customers can have their names and your company’s phone number on hand. They got our white carpet dirty and just tightened a pipe when I was told earlier that it needed to be replaced. Our whole house smelt like gas for hours which they made it seem like not a big deal. Being pregnant, this really scared me. They showed up a little after the 4 hour window they gave me which I took time off work. Mike Taylor was very kind and professional and came over the next day and fixed a few things. Coincidentally, our a/c stopped working that same afternoon. Billy was able to come the next evening. He was friendly, amazing and really cares about your customer’s experience. He explained my choices with the A/c unit and gave helpful advice. Next time we need service, I will trust Mike or Billy.
