Adam and John put a new air handler in my attic when it was very hot out last week. They did a great job and made sure it was done right and then took measurements of the systems performance. The units are both variable speed and communicating and quiet. Adam sent me a number of different options and took the time to explain over email or phone all of my questions regarding the various options. They did a very nice and conscientious job in my opinion and were cheaper than 2 others i contacted. Three places said that they wouldn't even do the attic work.

I needed some refrigerant added to my central air. Everyone else in town was booked for a few weeks, even the HSP was backed up. Adam answered the phone and his main concern was to try and fit me in and get my system back up for the heatwave. He was prompt and professional. He explained the health of my system and how a newer system could benefit me. But wasn’t pressuring me into buying something right then and there. Thanked me for my business and hoped to hear from me soon. Hard to find just straight shooting good service.
