Performed a three system maintenance. I show the homeowner how to operate the emergency heat function on the thermostat and replaced a sensor. Verified that all three systems are operating properly before departure
Performed cooling diagnostic on one Trane split system, system had locked out due to overcurrent fault at the condenser. He led all system functions and components, could not find faults in system at the time of service.
Working on a 2 ton Trane system water leaking out of the side of the unit
Performed cooling maintenance on two Armstrong split systems, no faults were found. Cooling operation of both systems is normal.
Came to give a second opinion. I did find a non repairable leak in the evaporator coil. I was able to locate the coil and gave the homeowner a quote to repair.
Performed quality check on new system install and answered all of the homeowners questions regarding the thermostat and system.
