Performed a heat maintenance on two electric heat systems. I verified that both systems are operating normal before leaving.
I came out for a no cooling call and found the contactor had failed due to ants. I replaced the contactor and went through the entire system. I also rerouted the primary drain and added a float switch.
Performed cooling maintenance on one split lennox system, found thermostat not getting voltage due to a clogged drain and tripped float switch, cleared drain and tested cooling operation, cooling operation is normal at this time.
Fixed insulation on blower door and removed dirty filter from the return plenum that the homeowner was unaware of. Checked operation of system and verified system was cooling before I left
