My AC went out on Saturday afternoon, and Matt was able to come out, and have Ruben diagnose the issue that same evening. He was able to give me a reasonably priced quote on a new unit and almost more importantly be able to set up an installation time by Monday! Jimmy came first thing Monday and before noon he had the new unit running and cooling my house!

It was a great experience having Bobby Anderholt come to my home for a one year maintenance inspection of my air conditioning system. Performed a heating maintenance on two systems. I verify that both systems are operating as they should and gave the homeowner options on repairs.
Replacing a Condenser that quit working after power surges installed condenser, hard start, surge protection.
Checked one system. Found a repairable leak so I fixed it. I added r-22 to get the proper pressures and replaced a capacitor. Made sure system is operating normal before departure
Performed two system maintenance on Armstrong gas furnaces
Came out to perform prepaid AC maintenance, performed maintenance by checking motors, voltages, amperages, drain lines, delta t, float switch, delta t, attic insulation, duct work, filter, inverter, refrigerant charge, washed out the outdoor unit with water hose, etc., etc.. while performing maintenance found that it looks like client just had some can lights out in, and that the insulation has been moved back and away from them, also that the insulation is thinning across the attic. System is operating well within manufacturer specifications please see checklist for details.
Came out to perform QC on clients new system, upon arrival performed QC by checking overall install wiring and draws. Checking the charge from the sub cooling at 6° and the superheat at 8° superheat seems a little low but that is more than likely due to the low temperatures. System is operating per manufacturers specifications.

Upon arrival fan on outside unit was spinning and compressor was reaching lock rotor amps. I found the wires connected to capacitor were all burnt. Removed burnt wire and replaced connectors. Installed new 35*5 dual run capacitor. Turned power back on to equipment and started system. Performed amp draws on compressor, and condenser fan motor. Both are operating within manufacturer specs. Checked refrigerant charge as well. System is cooling as intended.
Performed cooling maintenance on 15 year old Bryant gas 5 ton zoned system

Performed 3 system spring maintenance changed two five mfd capacitor added 3 lbs of r 22 and found a failing condenser fan motor washed coils cleared drains systems are now cooling properly
