Returned to complete recommend work. Replaced metering device in indoor coil and also replaced filter drier inside home. Purged line-set with nitrogen to clear any debris. Checked all operation of system after completion. No issues were found within system at this time.

Customer explained and showe video of whistling coming from bi- flow filter drier. Spoke with technical support and they could only explain a slight restriction in drier just enough to cause noise, but not enough to affect cooling operation. Hooked up test system and found no issues with refigerant charge. Will return on later date with equipment to perform the work.

AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. No cooling call Found leak by TXV fixed and tested. Filled with refrigerant and did rest of tune up.

Performed precision furnace tuneup. Checked igniter, flame sensor, burners, cleaned out water drain trap, took all amp draws, and then a full combustion analysis. Everything seems to be working at this time. Flame rod replaced under parts warranty.

Return visit to remove and replace the existing filter drier with a bi-flow filter drier. After installing the new filter I tested the operation of both the heating and cool side of the heat pump.

Ac was operating upon arrival. After having the customer explain the noises they are hearing and listening myself. I was unable to hear anything at this time. Customer noted that the noise tends to happen in the morning time. I ran my diagnostics and made sure everything was assembled correctly and after these tests I was still unable to pin point exactly what could have caused the noise to happen. We will return on a later date to replace the filter drier for the correct model and I will try to have the return visit scheduled first thing in the morning so that I can hear the noise my self. For the time being I do not recommend running the heat pump in heating mode.

Return visit to removed an replace the existing metering device on the indoor coil. I also installed a new motor booster due to the old one testing out of manufacture range. After these repairs were made I tested operation of the entire system. After further diagnostics I found that everything is up and operating properly as of now.

Ac was not operating upon arrival. After turning the system back on I found that the evaporator coil was starting to freeze over. I verified the airflow and duct pressure and found no concerns, I then started digging into the refrigerant. This is where I found my pressures to be off. I eventually found that the indoor metering device has failed and verified this with the manufacture. The office will be following up on a date that we can return to make these repairs.
