The plumber was only concerned with the plumbing and not my home. He failed to work with me and establish communication with me, nor did he seem to care to. This caused conflict and damage to my property. his plumbing work was excellent but it was not worth the extra work and damage it caused after he left. The freshly constructed wall and trim will have to be redone.

Connected system operation test and found system have very skewed refrigerant numbers. Spoke with technical support and diagnosed failed metering device. This is causing ac to be very inefficient and is not cooling well. System is only 8 years old, however, it is out of warranty and there may be further issue. Costs may start to add up. Chris will be out on Monday at 10:00 AM to go over replacement ac options. New ac will be more efficient and have fresh warranty. I do recommend that over repairing current unit.

Upon diagnosis found the motor booster had failed, this will cause the unit to not run at all. Replaced part and rested operation of the system. With the age and condition of this system replacement is encouraged.

Motor starter is failing, pipe insulation is worn down, airflow is poor from restrictive filter, did install a new one. Unit is cooling at this time. Found refrigerant to be low. Offered to recharge until home advisor visit but he declined and can wait til then. Unit is 24 years old and is showing many signs of its age.
