Jake was such a great, knowledgeable technician! Comfort Matters came out the same day and Jake was early. Once I described the issue he knew right away what it was and fixed the problem very quickly! He also answered all my questions very clearly and even helped answer a question not related to the current problem. He was very straightforward and honest and was very comfortable to work with. Our family is cool again and I would definitely recommend them to any one needing their services!!

Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. Blower wheel is dirty and needs to be cleaned. Dirty blower will reduce efficiency and airflow of furnace. Also will cause blower motor to work harder to move correct amount of air.
Customer explained no power to water heater, or softener. Found there was no power to outlets. Traced high voltage wire to a tripped GFCI in upper floor bathroom. When I reset outlet, all power went back to appliances. Informed customer if it continues to trip to either replace outlet or have electrician out to asses wiring.

Replace with new water pad. lastly tested full operation of the humidifier to ensure it’s ready for usage. Also provided a filter replacement for when The next filter is due. All other recommendations declined at this time.

Customer explained how blower motor was not turning on. Found that the neutral wire had came disconnected from control board. Electrical connection must of been loose. I crimped the wire this way the connection on the control board is tight. Turned power on, fan now turns on again. Due to age and condition of furnace, replacement is recommended. Will have Mike come out next week Friday at 2pm to do a furnace estimate.

Concern regarding water hammer noise from sprinkler system and washing machine when they are used. I found the pressure to be 105 psi in the home which is more than the 80 psi allowed per code. I installed a pressure reduction valve on the water main, a new water main valve. I also installed washing machine hammer arrestors as they are also required by code. I ran both the washing machine and irrigation system and did not hear the noise anymore. I flushed the water heater and checked the anode rod. Anode rod was gone which we replaced. Flushed faucets and asked if the pressure was sufficient, and explained how to adjust it higher if he changed his mind.
