Cody was very thorough when determining why the AC wasn't working. Once he found it was 2 internal fuses he did additional testing to confirm no other parts where damaged by the fuses blowing.

The Daikin furnace and air conditioner were installed by Comfort Matters a year ago and work perfectly. They are so quiet I often don't know that they are on. Comfort Matters personnel are very accommodating and responsive to my questions. Highly recommended

Blower wheel is getting dirty reducing airflow and efficiency. Also appears that the pressure valve is leaking on water heater. System replacement is recommended.

Flame safety is failing. Blower wheel is dirty reducing airflow and efficiency. Several vents are blocked from magnets. Would recommend to remove those this way it decreases the duct pressure on system. System replacement is recommended due to age and condition. Attached is a estimate for furnace repair and duct cleaning option.

Arrived and found water stains on floor. Found water in insulation of tank as well a in burner compartment. All other water fittings were dry and this determines the tank has failed. Gave customer quotes for replacement through comfort matters. Due to tank being installed by center point, only they can honor the warranty. Customer will reach out depending on center points response to replacment of warranty.

Would also recommend a surge protector. Water heater has lots of corrosion on pressure relief valve. Valve is wet. Water shut off valve also corroded. Would recommend water heater replacement.
Honeywell T10 pro thermostat install. Install thermostat, EIM, outdoor air sensor and connected 2 remote indoor sensors. Discharge air temperature sensors installed as well. Connected thermostat and tested operation of system.

Found the system was not up to state code by not having locking caps on the refrigerant access ports. Addressed this to the homeowner and they wanted to have locking caps installed. Also found the drain pan treatment pad was outdated. These are encouraged replacement annually. Installed drain pan treatment to help keep the drain pan and drain line clean from any build up that may occur. All other recommendations declined at this point.
