Dan was very friendly and took care of my aunts AC and explained everything to us. I am in N Carolina and she is in Illinois and so u was trying to take care of this situation over the phone. Dan was very understanding and concerned for my aunt and encouraged her to go stay with someone until new unit is installed. Which she is doing.
