I purchased a brand new furnace and it had some issues right away. I called and addressed the issue but never fixed all them until I had keep calling and explaining what was wrong. I finally had to record the sound and send to them twice because I think they forgot about me the first time. After the second call someone called me back and said they will have the part the next day and have it installed and they did. I know nothing is perfect but service like this is what I expect the first time.
