Had an amazing service experience today with Marcelo today. I called after hours with a loss of AC on a 90degree day for a homebound 95 yr old man. Marcello was there within an hour, fixed the problem and saved the day. He was polite, compassionate and overall just totally wonderful. Thank you so much.
