Perform maintenance on three systems and thorough evaluation for both heating and cooling. Noticed the main level and upstairs systems both had weak dual capacitors, the basement system had a weak run capacitor and pitted contactor. Replacement of the capacitors was approved and performed. Comfort Club Preventative A/C Maintenance
Performed free promotional electronically search on two systems. No leaks were present at this time. The outdoor temperature is 56° which is too cool to accurately check the refrigerant levels. However, within a margin of error I believe the upstairs system refrigerant levels to be good but the downstairs levels appear to be significantly lower than I would expect to see in these conditions.
