Comfort Zone continually exceeds my expectations through their staff. From front office to the service techs, this organization is amazing. Consistency is what you instantly see when you interact with the team. They have always taken great care of me. Josh Mayer is yet another great example of excellent service. I’ve had two more techs coming out - Charles Logan and another one and they were all great! Josh performed thorough maintenance and above all he was attentive and showed great attitude and respect all through. He took time to explain his findings and gave me assurances that my unit is in good shape.
