Our technician was Michael, very professional, was happy to answer any questions we had, very transparent with what was going on with our system, made great recommendations to keep our system running well, installed a hard start kit for us as well as checking our systems functionality. Takes pride in his craft and is very customer oriented! The company as a whole is great! Great prices, great customer service, scheduling was quick and easy!

Our furnace/AC units were replaced by a different company in march of 2019. Since then we have had 4 different occurrences where one or both of the units have gone out. Very unprofessional technicians on every visit! Mike from Complete Home Comfort came out and was very thorough. He explained his progress of walking through his every step in getting our system wired/programmed correctly! Overall very pleased and impressed with the level of professionalism and communication through the service call!

Performed air conditioning tune up and evaluation on a 3 year-old Carrier system; found no safety concerns at this time.
Performed CO test and safety inspection on a 3 year-old Coleman system; found no safety concerns at this time.
Performed humidifier repair on a recently installed humidifier; found sediment had clogged solenoid, cleaned solenoid and recommended having a plumber install filter if it becomes a constant issue
Performed furnace tune up and evaluation on a 17 year-old Goodman system; cleaned the burners and flame sensors, verified furnace operations.
Performed furnace inspection on a 28 year-old Evcon system; found spider web in gas valve orfice, cleaned out spiderweb and verified furnace operations.
