Our technician was Michael, very professional, was happy to answer any questions we had, very transparent with what was going on with our system, made great recommendations to keep our system running well, installed a hard start kit for us as well as checking our systems functionality. Our furnace/AC units were replaced by a different company in march of 2019. Since then we have had 4 different occurrences where one or both of the units have gone out. Very unprofessional technicians on every visit! Mike from Complete Home Comfort came out and was very thorough. He explained his progress of walking through his every step in getting our system wired/programmed correctly! Performed air conditioning repair and evaluation on an 11 year old Goodman system; upon arrival found the fan running but not the compressor, replaced the failed dual capacitor and performed a chemical wash on the condenser.
Performed air conditioning tune up and evaluation on a 1 year Coleman system; chemically cleaned the condenser, cycled and verified AC operations.
