Kalim came out to my house within 2 hrs of my initial phone call! Not only did he fix my original problem of my furnace not kicking on (not blowing out air), but he also fixed my central air conditioning unit that I did not originally report in my initial phone call. Kalim was to the point. Very straight forward with no sales gimmicks. Diagnosed the problem very quickly & fixed both the furnace and my air conditioning unit in under 2.5 hrs for a reasonable price!! Turns out that I just needed to replace a part in both units.
