Performed air conditioning inspection and evaluation on a 28 year old Trane system; upon arrival found shorted transformer in furnace and jammed up contactor, customer is going to repair both himself.
Performed furnace repair and evaluation on an 11 year old Bryant system; found drain line plugged and condensate pump had failed, replaced pump and flushed drain lines. Cycled and verified operations.
Performed air conditioning tune up and evaluation on a 3 year old Goodman system; chemically washed the condenser and verified AC operations. Water heater was leaking from plastic drain, quoted and will be installing new water heater on Monday.
